The images were hand-painted by Serena Boschert and then Janet Boerding completed the wall hanging by hand-quilting it. It is a beautiful piece that is currently on display at Framations. The artists will be displaying the Bicentennial Quilt in St. Charles through the Bicentennial Celebrations. They are currently accepting purchase offers and will continue to do so through the month of September.
The Bicentennial Quilt was entered in the St. Charles County 4-H Fair and was awarded a Blue Ribbon! Congratulations Serena and Janet!

Bicentennial Quilt on Display!
Resident Artist Serena Boschert teamed up with quilter Janet Boerding to create this beautiful rendering of several historical community references in St. Charles. This quilted wall hanging is of wonderful significance, as this year is the Bicentennial Celebration of St. Charles.
