Catherine Mahoney art updates
Hermann artist, Catherine Mahoney has 2 paintings in an invitational benefit show to support the Missouri Botanical Graden, 4344 Shaw blvd., St. Louis, Mo 63110. the reception will be held on September 30, 2011, 6 - 9 PM. The show continues through month of October.
The theme is the Best of Missouri Painters and is being held in honor of the 20th anniversary of the Best of Missouri Market. The Kodner Gallery Fine Art, 9650 Clayton Road, St. Louis, MO; Tele: 314-993-4477, is presenting this collection of works from Missouri's most celebrated artists. Their gather works pay tribute to the very best of Missouri.

Description: Watercolorist Catherine Mahoney will offer a day-long workshop for beginners as well as experienced artists. This instruction will be using common household art and materials to produce a "texture-filled watercolor painting" after Paul Klee's "Remembrance in a Garden."
Open to any age; 12 participants maximum. $50
