Current Peoples Choice

During the Gateway Pastel Artists exhibit in February, our Peoples' Choice winner was Warm Heart by Jeannine Johnston. The piece is on display through April 8.

New work by JR Seymour

As always, JR Seymour delivers work that is strikingly bright and colorful with as much depth and layering as ever. His work demands a closer look.
Purchase a ticket for Patron's Preference before the ArtWalk! Tickets are $100.00 each and are limited to the number of artwork donated for the event. Therefore, each ticket holder, will go home with a piece of art valued at $250 or more.

During the three-day Spring ArtWalk, visit the various venues and look at the pieces of art that have been donated for Patron's Preference; they will be clearly marked. Make a list of at least half of the pieces in your order of preference. You might be lucky and be the first name drawn, or you may be the last! At the close of the event on Sunday, April 29, at 3:00 pm, come to the Foundry Art Centre to attend the drawing. Names will be drawn at random and pieces of artwork will be chosen on the spot! If you purchase a ticket, you will be guaranteed one piece of artwork.

Ad in Travelhost is out!

Framations, together with a few of our artists, collaborated on an ad in the current issue of Travelhost magazine. This issue also features a two-page article about St. Chales and the upcoming Spring ArtWalk. Of the nine images included with the article, three are from Framations. One showing the exterior, one is Serena Boschert's Egyptian Vase, the other is a print of Linda Wilmes' Historical St. Charles, which is also an exterior ceiling mural at Framations.

Opening Reception Saturday

Catherine Mahoney's oil addition

Come in to see Catherine Mahoney's
addition to her display, a beach scene in oil.

New Painting by Linda Smith

Pink On Monroe is part of a series by Linda Smith on scenes in Chicago. Forgive my photo (all of them, actually!) it doesn't do justice to the colors in this rich oil painting, size 24" x 18" plus a nice wide black frame.
